Roblox – The Takeover

For their platform-wide event Roblox wanted more than a game, they wanted an entire world. Working alongside Travis Broyles, my long-time creative collaborator, we conceived The Takeover — a graffiti-covered, skateboarding universe where players get to form crews, tag the city, claim territory, and fight to keep it. To sell the world, we envisioned its inhabitants, four original crew members, created specifically for the campaign to give the universe a sense of culture. For the game itself, we directed everything from concept to launch — the world, key art, game trailer, and social content. Multiple vendors, two timezones, three months, and one badass game! —
