HBO – Lovecraft Country
Lovecraft Country was one of 2020's hottest shows, and HBO wanted a season finale screening experience worthy of its source material. The special guest list hit 500, then COVID hit harder. So the challenge became making it COVID safe without losing the magic. As Art Director, I helped bring the solution to life — a haunted 1950s drive-in theater, hiding in plain sight within the show's own era. Subliminal billboards, period-accurate radio ads, and snacks that came with a warning, because nothing was quite what it seemed, just like the show. —
